I was skinny-fat for years. Trained hard, ate "clean," looked the same. It wasn't genetics. It wasn't willpower. It was the wrong system. I went from roughly 25% body fat to single-digit body fat in 12 weeks — and built a system that keeps me lean year-round without cutting and bulking cycles. Not motivation. Structure.
